Welcome to The Passive House Centre. Launched in May 2009, it has developed from the success of leading passive housing brands Quality HRV and Niveau Ireland. The Passive House Centre aims to become the centre of sustainable building in Ireland and will provide specialist knowledge, products and advice for those seeking to build to passive or near passive house standard.
